Description of Design Search

The mark consists of two red chilies with green stems and leaves outlined in black with the color white highlighting the inside of both chilies surrounding two red tomatoes with green stems outlined in black and leaves with words "SPICY KETCHUP" in white centered above, name "PEPPER CHUP" in black underneath the tomatoes next to two small flames in the colors yellow and orange. Below the wording "PEPPER CHUP" is a State of Texas outline in white surrounded by a filled in circle in brown with another brown circle outlining it centered underneath name with decorative filigree next to and below the Texas state outline in brown. "GREAT TASTE" in white underneath an inner red circular logo border encompassing "SPICY KETCHUP". "EST" in white on left side of outer orange circular border and "2022" in white on right side of outer orange circular border with diagonal red lines above and below the wording. The mark includes borders of orange on the outside, then red, then orange, and finally a thick red border. Within the red border is a white background.
