Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a black circle with the wording "SPECIAL OCCASIONS" in blue, above the wording "MEMORIES" in blue and purple, which is above the wording "BY DANILLE LLC" in blue. The black circle is outlined in white and sits within a square shape, with the top and bottom of the circle being cut off by the square. The corners of the square background depict portions of pink shelving and rafters, with pink and white highlighting, and brown and black flooring and ceiling, and blue and white shapes appearing as ceiling lights. In the upper left hand corner appears a white shape with shading, that appears to be sitting atop the pink shelving.
