Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangular device with a black background. The bottom portion of the design consists of three rectangular label like designs which appear in the color yellow and contain the word "SPARKLE" in the color white in each rectangular design. The center yellow label also contains the words "AL FAKHER" in gray along with the Arabic equivalent and the words "SPECIAL EDITION" in black (this appears twice). Above the yellow labels are numerous lemon designs in which the outer portion or skin is yellow, the pith is white and the fruit sections are yellow. Also appearing in the design are numerous palm trees in which the leaves are green and the trunks are brown. Numerous musical notations appear in the overall design in the form of clefs and eighth notes and they all appear in the color white. Also appearing in the color white are numerous dominoes and dice which have black indicia thereon. There are eight umbrella figures which appear in light green with gray handles. On the upper portion of the two largest lemon designs there are fanciful blue wave designs. Located toward the bottom of the design are two white hookahs which have numerous different sized yellow droplets emanating therefrom. Interspersed throughout the overall design are similar yellow droplet designs. Extending off of each hookah is a vine like strand in the color light yellow.
