The mark consists of the literal elements ""SPAGHETTI WITH A NEW TWIST" MISS SPAGHETTI" represented in stylized font, and a design consisting of graphic representations of a fork and strands of spaghetti all merged and intended to simulate a pole and a female pole-dancer, wherein the wording "SPAGHETTI WITH A NEW TWIST" with black-colored quotation marks appears primarily in black with yellow highlighting and is located to the right of the design and above the wording "MISS SPAGHETTI" in which the letter "M" in "MISS" is substituted by the four-tines of the fork, the word "MISS" appearing primarily in black, the letter "M", i.e. the fork tines appearing in beige with black outlining, and the word "SPAGHETTI" appearing primarily in black with yellow highlighting, and wherein further, the fork is positioned upright with its tines pointing downward. The fork handle is also primarily beige with black outlining.
