The mark consists of the stylized wording "Southwest Beverages" depicted in the color red outlined in the color white-there are four horizontal stripes located immediately below the words and run the length of the design image from left to right-the color of these stripes are black (immediately below the words "Southwest Beverages") followed by a thin gold color stripe followed by a red color stripe set forth immediately below the thin gold color stripe followed by a thin gold color stripe-six mountain peaks, the second tallest of which is located indented on the left side of the design image and the smallest or which is located on the right side of the design image-the interior section of the mountain ridge is gold in color outlined in the color black on the top of the peaks-on each of the left and right sides of the design image there are black color lines that run vertically from the base of the black color mountain lines to the black color horizontal line running the full length of the bottom of the design image-a setting sun placed between the second and third mountain peaks outlined with two black lines at the top of the sun with the sun depicted fading in orange color from its top to yellow color at its bottom-a cowboy image depicted in the color black consisting of a cowboy holding a black saddle in his left hand with his right hand in his pants pocket and wearing a black cowboy hat.
