The mark consists of a stylized interstate road sign superimposed over a stylized compass design. The sign is divided into two colors separated by a ribbon-shaped highway with the word "OF" in white block font centered in the ribbon. The top half of the road sign has a red background with the word "SOUTH" in white script font. The bottom half of the shield has a blue background with "I-10" in white block font. The road sign is outlined in black and is encompassed within a round stylized compass design with the following letters in black appearing within the compass design: "CA", "AZ", "NM", "TX", "FL", "AL", "MS", and "LA".
