Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a design resembling a Roman cross in motion. The horizontal portion of the cross is in the shape of a slightly convex Isosceles triangle with the apex pointing to the upper right quadrant of the mark and the lower vertical portion of the cross is in the form of two equal-sized slightly convex Isosceles triangles with their apices pointing to the lower right quadrant of the mark. The top portion of the cross is in the shape of a slightly convex square-shaped horse-shoe. The upper left quadrant of the mark has two smaller equal-sized slightly convex Isosceles triangles conjoined at their bases with one apex pointing to the left of the upper left quadrant of the mark, parallel to the horizontal portion of the cross, and one apex pointing to the top of the upper left quadrant of the mark, parallel to the left side of the square-shaped horse shoe. The lower left quadrant of the mark has two smaller equal-sized slightly convex Isosceles triangles conjoined at their bases with one apex pointing to the left of the lower left quadrant of the mark, parallel to the horizontal portion of the cross, and one apex pointing to the bottom of the lower left quadrant of the mark, parallel to the lower left vertical Isosceles triangle portion of the cross.
