The mark consists of a young boy with yellow hair, tan face, black eyes, white teeth, green shirt, blue pants, grey shoes, hanging on the "S" in the upper case wording "Smarty Snacks". The colors of the letters are in order of each word, red, green, yellow, red, light blue, purple, which is above a train carrying muffins with white flags and grey wheels attached to the muffins, representing five cars in a train with the same young boy and colors depicted as the conductor. The colors of the muffins are: (1) red cherry, purple, Blueberry, red frosting brown muffin, tan tin; (2) three (3) purple blueberries, blue frosting, brown muffin, tan tin; (3) red Strawberry with green stem, brown frosting, brown muffin, tan tin; (4) green garnish, green frosting, brown muffin, tan tin; and (5) red cherry, brown and pink frosting, brown muffin, tan tin. The locomotive train is blue, with black window, and a grey smiley face on the front. The train tracks are grey, and the scenery of the mark is green.
