The mark consists of an orange heart surrounded by four linear forms, the first linear form being a first orange line to the left of the heart which extends upwardly and then to the right at a right angle, with a second orange line above and parallel to the horizontal portion of the first orange line; the second linear form being a first yellow line to the left of the upwardly extending portion of the first orange line of the first linear form, the first yellow line extending to the right above the heart and then downwardly at a right angle, with a second yellow line located parallel and to the right of the downwardly extending portion of the first yellow line; the third linear form being a third orange line to the right of the heart which extends downwardly and then to the left at a right angle, with a fourth orange line below and parallel to the horizontal portion of the third orange line; and the fourth linear form being a third yellow line located below the heart, to the left of the downwardly extending portion of the third orange line, and below the upwardly extending portion of the first yellow line, the third yellow line extending to the left the heart and then upwardly at a right angle, with a fourth yellow line located parallel and to the left of the upwardly extending portion of the third yellow line. The foregoing is contained within an inner yellow circle. Extending below and around the lower end of the inner yellow circle are the words "SINO-AMERICAN ALLIANCE ASSOCIATION" in red letters, and extending above and around the upper end of the inner yellow circle are red-colored Chinese characters. All of the foregoing is contained within an outer, double-lined yellow circle with a white background.
