The mark consists of Two concentric circles featuring wording and a design. The outermost circle features the wording "SILICON VALLEY" in an arc along the top of the circle, and the wording "CHAMBER OF COMMERCE" in an arc at the bottom of the circle. There is a small diamond shape on the left and the right side of the circle separating the wordings. The inner circle features a stylized design of a cityscape and fields. There are two trees on a hilly field in the foreground, and another field in the middle ground. On the horizon line is the stylized cityscape with four skyscraper shapes. The left shape is a quarter of a tire, arcing to the right. To its right is a shape comprised of stacked octagons, a column of five and then a column of four. To its right is a stylized circuit with four dots, one at the top of each line. The rightmost shape is comprised of stacked squares, the first column has 7 squares, the next has 8, then 5, then two columns of 4 squares. Behind the cityscape is a sun, and above the sun is the wording "SUNNYVALE".
