TThe mark consists of a configuration of three-dimensional product packaging design of a black bottle that is comprised of four ball-shaped elements, stacked vertically and featuring various words and design elements. Towards the top, the words "SHOTGLASS INCLUDED" appear in white, stylized letters. A white line separates the top and main portion of the bottle. The broken line depicting the black top of the bottle including the wording "SHOTGLASS INCLUDED" indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. Beneath that, the word "BUZZBALLZ" appears in white, stylized letters with the words "READY-TO-SHOOT" immediately above the word "BUZZBALLZ" in white, stylized letters. Both the first and second "B" in the word "BUZZBALLZ" are capitalized and the Z is slightly offset. Further, there is a solid white ball above the "Z" and below the first "B" in the wording. An image of a spark appears behind the end of the licorice coil, said spark consisting of a red, seven-point star positioned within a larger yellow, seven-point star with a red outline. The licorice coil and spark are reminiscent of a bomb with a lit fuse. Towards the bottom, the words "LICORICE BOMB" appear in black, stylized letters within a white, stylized oval.
