Description of Design Search

The mark consists of two curved segments of black electrical cord which form an "S" in the white, neutral space between the segments. At both ends of each segment appear four circles with orange interiors. One circle is outlined in red, one circle is outlined in black, one circle is outlined in green, and one circle is outlined in white. The circles appear in a diamond pattern against a grey background. Beneath the "S" shape appears the word "SHEPARD" in black, capital letters. In smaller font beneath "SHEPARD," the word "SALES" appears in black, capital letters. The "S" shape and words appear against a white background.
