Resting on this fasce is a double headed ax with a spear head protruding out of the ax head. Below is a knight's armor with the face mask slightly opened. Attached at the shoulder of the armor is a old shield with the symbol of Phi Iota Alpha written in Greek symbols, just below is a portrait made of twenty one linked chains with a non geographic boundary map of Latin America. Two bands positioned on an angle with three stars on each side connect the chained portrait and the edges of the shield. Below the chain linked portrait is a phrygian. There are two rampant griffins on either side holding the crest and facing inward, towards the crest, they are showing their tongues. The crest and the griffins are on top of a banner which has the words "semper parati semper juncti" in Latin written across it.
