Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a tap handle. The mark comprises the design of a bear head growling at the top, depicted in black and grey. Below is a red rectangular shape that leads to a crossbar with a circle in the center, also in red outlined in black, with a white circle at the center and a white bar between the center red and outer black outline on the left and righthand shape to either side of the circle. Below is a white rectangle with a black design of topographical lines upon it, leading into a design of mountains and forest trees, with a grey line differentiating the top of the mountain. At the bottom is once again a black line, white line, and then a thicker red line, with two lower black rectangles stacked upon one another. Centered on the topographical map portion is a white band with a black line above and below it that says "SELTZY" on it, also in black. The dotted lines indicating the rectangular shape of the tap handle is merely to indicate placement of the mark, and is not otherwise claimed as a part of the mark.
