The mark consists of three different parts. The bottom part of the mark consists of black capital letters that read: "SMART ENTRY EXIT RECOGNITION". The second part of the mark is directly above the words "SMART ENTRY EXIT RECOGNITION". The second part of the mark consists of larger bold, black, capital letters that read: "SEER". The third part of the mark is directly above the word "SEER". The third part of the mark consists of a stylized depiction of a pair of eyes. The center of the left eye is one-half of a black gear. The one-half black gear is surrounded by a half-circle that is white. The white half-circle is surrounded by a curved black line that is the border of the white-half circle. The black half-circle is surrounded by an irregularly-shaped partial white oval. The irregularly-shaped partial white oval is surrounded by two rounded black checkmarks. The narrow portions of the two checkmarks are pointed towards each other. These two checkmarks make up the bottom and left-side of an eye.
