Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the words SEA WITCH in capital letters centered longitudinally, with the word MEDICINALS centered longitudinally below and in a smaller font that fits between the center of the "E" and "C" above, with a mirrored set of four octopus-style legs extending from longitudinal centerline below the literal element with the exterior legs extending latitudinally to the right and left edge of the literal element and the tips curling downward, inward toward longitudinal centerline, then upward toward the center of the mark, and the interior legs of the lower set extending below the exterior legs and then longitudinally to the center of the "A" and "T" in SEA WITCH, and the tips curling inward toward longitudinal centerline, then curling downward and toward longitudinal centerline at a 45 degree angle, with two thinner lines running along the interior of each arm, and a row of solid dots running below each arm, all with a mirrored set of slightly smaller but otherwise identical legs rising above the literal element.
