SAM'S STEAMED CABOOSE BURGERS

Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a geometrically stylized profile image of a caboose. Four wheels are located below, two at each end of the caboose, with an inverted triangle between each set of two wheels. A cupola with two square windows is located on top, left of center. A single vertically rectangular window on the left and a large horizontally rectangular window with ten panes on the right are located in the main side of the caboose. The caboose and cupola are red, the cupola roof and main roof are dark gray and overhang the cupola and main caboose, respectively, the windows are light gray with thin white outlines, and the wheels are black. The wording "SAM'S STEAMED" in stylized caps printed in a curved fashion in the color black with yellow shading appears above a stylized hamburger. The hamburger consists of a sandwich bun with evenly spaced seeds located on the top half in the colors tan and yellow. A photograph-quality image of caramelized onions appearing in the color yellow under the top half of the bun, a brown hamburger under the caramelized onions, red ketchup under the hamburger, which appears to drip onto the lower half of the bun, and the wording "CABOOSE BURGERS" in stylized caps below, printed in curved fashion in the color black with yellow shading.
