Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangular-shaped maroon background with curved sides on the middle. Inside a pink outline of the same shape. Inside, a tan bulged rectangle with brushed lines in a darker tan color with a thick red and brushed maroon outline on the left and right side. On the top left corner, appears the outline of the word "RUM" tilted in the same angles as the curve of the bulged rectangle and on the top right corner appears the outline of the word "RHUM" tilted in the same angles as the curve of the bulged rectangle. On the top center of the bulged rectangle appears the word "RON" in red letters with a tan outline and a darker shadow on the bottom. Directly under, appears the word "JAGUAR" in bold stylized letters in a red and maroon gradient color. Directly under the word "JAGUAR" a maroon vector design and underneath the letters "C.R." in plain red letters. In the middle of the design, an animated design of the face of a jaguar with teal-colored eyes. On the backdrop of the jaguar design a geometric vector design composed of multiple triangles pointing outwards in shades of maroon and red forming a circular shape. Around this circular shape, multiple vector designs on different shades of maroon, red and tan. On the outside of the bulged sides of this design, an outline composed of 9 multicolored small circles on top of a maroon coloredcurved stripe on each side. On the outside, a lighter colored maroon curved stripe with 10 maroon small circles.
