Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the color brown applied to the cap and to the neck of the container of the goods. On the neck of the container is found the wording "RON CENTENARIO" in gold with two parallel gold lines underneath. On the upper-middle side of the body of the container is found a narrow brown rectangle with another brown rectangle underneath in which is found the word "RUM" inside written in gold color. Below is found a light brown banner with gold borders and with the word "CENTENARIO" in beige color inside. Underneath is found a burgundy background with a horse figure in gold color on each side and, in the middle, the wording "SISTEMA SOLERA" in gold color followed by the number "20" in beige color with gold borders and the word "AÑOS" underneath written in gold color. Followed is a light brown banner with gold borders and with the word "FUNDACIÓN" inside written in beige color. Below is found a vertical brown ribbon with the wording "SELECCIÓN PREMIUM" written in vertical format and in beige color. At the right side of the ribbon is found a circle within another circle with two trapezoids in beige color. At the bottom of the container is a clear and transparent embossed element consisting of the word "CENTENARIO" within a rectangle. The black outline of the embossed element represents the location and shape of the element and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
