Description of Design Search

The mark consists of A rectangular shape overall. On the left half of the rectangle is a large uppercase letter 'R' in bold block font, immediately above an uppercase 'OF' in a slightly smaller size of the same bold block font. On the right half of the rectangle is the phrase 'Victory Defeat Style & Swagger' in a stylized font, with each word appearing on its own line across four total lines of font. There is a thick vertical line dividing the left side of the rectangle from the right side of the rectangle, such that the 'ROF' appears to the left of that vertical line, and 'Victory Defeat Style & Swagger' appears to the right of that vertical line. On the lower right side of the rectangle, appearing beneath the stylized 'Victory Defeat Style & Swagger' phrase and to the right of and perpendicular to the vertical line is a thick horizontal line, beneath which appears the Applicant's name 'ROOTS OF FIGHT' on the first line, and '.COM' on a second line- indicating Applicant's website address in a non-traditional format. All fonts used in the Mark are custom hand-drawn fonts for which there is no universally-used font name.
