The mark consists of the words "RIDE" and "SAFE" in white and outlined in blue bisected by a design of yellow bicycle handle bars with white lines, blue and light blue handles with yellow, white and orange brakes, which on their most bottom end consist of yellow and white bicycle repair tools, the inside of the handle bar design consists of an orange triangle, outlined in blue, with two white vertical stripes, all of the above outlined in blue; just beneath the bisected words "RIDE" and "SAFE" is the blue wording "A SMART RIDER IS A SAFE RIDER", outlined in black, which is likewise bisected between the word "RIDER" and the word "IS" by the handlebar design; beneath the bottom part of the handlebars is the title "BICYCLE SAFETY PROGRAM" in white and outlined in blue; the design is all enclosed in a blue square, featuring light blue stripes emanating from the design.
