The mark consists of the head of two concentric circles where the inner circle is light yellow and features an orange sun behind two clouds that fade into the light yellow background. Below and within the inner circle there is a grassland that is divided in a dark green shaded area to the left and a light green area to the right that appears raked with lines that merge into the light yellow background in the shape of curved bands.
