The mark consists of the following: In the middle of the image standing underneath a gray colored medieval castle looking stone arch, is an animated character of "Guitar Legend Randy Rhoads", a white male in his 20's. He is playing guitar with a gold halo over his head, standing on a railroad track with gray colored rails, and brown dirt below the tracks. There is a black "Flying Vee" shaped guitar with a harpoon style headstock with white polka dots all over it, and white angel wings bursting out from either side of the guitar neck, and flying into Randy's chest. "Randy" is wearing a red vest with yellow and gold hair and blue eyes, and there is a burst of light where the guitar headstock flies into Randy's chest. The word "RHOADSFEST" is spelled across the top of the image, in red and yellow lettering that is also covering the top part of the arch. The actual lettering is a bold style font with tall letters. There is a swooping effect feeling to the way "RHOADSFEST" is spelled. The "R" and "T" in "RHOADSFEST" are taller as the outside letters than the middle (inside) letters. The middle letters are shorter. This creates an overall rounding or oval shape effect to the bottom side of the entire word "RHOADSFEST". Towards the bottom of the image and below the guitar is spelled out "A Live Musical Tribute To Guitar Legend Randy Rhoads", again with red and yellow colored writing. This is laid out in four separate lines of text info. The top two lines of the four have an upward angle curvature to it. There are two animated black and white round "spotlights" towards the bottom of the image that are facing upwards at "Randy Rhoads". These are placed just above the words "Randy Rhoads" in the image towards the bottom left and bottom right sides of the image, to mimic the old Hollywood days.
