Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a two-dimensional design that appears on packaging for the goods. At the bottom of the mark is a dark green band with rounded edges that fades from black to green. Above the band is a white rectangle that fades from white to yellow. On the left side of the band in a rounded rectangular cutout outlined in dashed lines, this is not claimed as part of the mark. Above the yellow is a large green rectangle and in the upper left corner of that rectangle is a small yellow field with a white border containing stylized drawings of a wasp, hornet and yellowjacket, all in the colors black, brown, gray, gold, and red.
