Description of Design Search

The mark consists of "REESE'S" in yellow stylized script letters outlined in the color brown against an orange background having a series of yellow-outlined leaves, and above the words " PEANUT BUTTER CUPS " in yellow letters over a stylized partial design logo of an elongated side of a peanut butter cup, MINIATURES in white letters outlined in brown, with the words MILK CHOCOLATE above "REESE'S." There are two overlapping leaves with one outlined in red and the other outlined in yellow. a collective design of multiple peanut butter cups and a partially eaten stylized design of a peanut butter cup, all on an orange background. There are two vertical yellow-gold bars and at the ends of the marks are a series of brown, tan, red and red-outlined leaves. The light blue portion shown in the inside of the two overlapping leaves in the mark indicates clear, see-through packaging.
