Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the word "REALPROVEN" in uppercase letters in a large font with the phrase "IDEAS IN HAND" centered below the word, also in uppercase letters but in a smaller font. The lettering is contained within a double-lined rectangular box. To the left of the words and within the rectangular box is a depiction of a clenched right hand holding, between the thumb and forefinger, the socket end of a lighted incandescent light bulb tilted to the right. The top of the glass bulb extends above the top left corner of the rectangular box. The entire mark is made to appear as though it is an imperfect impression of a rubber stamp rotated counter-clockwise by approximately 10 degrees.
