The mark consists of the design of a ribbon, in the center of which, in a white circle, are the letters "RDA" set to the left of the design of two figures (one standing and one on horseback), and around which, in clockwise order from the top center of the design, are the terms "communication", "confidence", "enjoyment", "relationships", "physical changes", and "horsemanship". Extending outward from the center of the design are ten rings of various shades of orange, green, yellow, purple, blue, and red, as well as six lines, consisting of ten white circles each, that end in the outermost ring below the center of each of the six terms. The ribbon has two tails, one in red and one in purple.
