The mark consists of the words "RESOLUTE DIGITAL" in deep purple represented in stylized font appearing under a stylized representation of the letters "R" and "D" in white joined together as one such that those areas of the letters "R" and "D" that overlap are combined as one and the small left over negative spaces created by the combination of these letter shapes are deleted (such as the space between the curve of the top right of the letter "R" and the straight post (left center) of the letter "D"), which figure is then layered on a purple circle to create contrast from the white figure it appears against.
