Description of Design Search

The mark consists of black background with a composite design consisting of the following elements: In the center of the mark is the brand name "RAW" in larger red stylized font set at an angle. On the left upper corner is a tab design consisting of a gold rectangular shape with the wording "CLASSIC" inside the tab. On the right upper corner are the words "THUMPER 100 & KNOCKBOX COMPATIBLE" in the color gold and to the right of these words is a square design with a check mark inside it, and the word "GUARANTEED" underneath the square, also in the color gold. On the right upper corner of the brand name "RAW" is the word "CONE" inside a rectangular design in stylized font in the color red. Above and to the left of the brand name "RAW", and between the letters "R" and "A", is a gold circular stamp design with the wording "AUTHENTIC" and "UNREFINED" written in the outer ring of the circle design and the wording "PUREST NATURAL FIBERS" in gold font with a gold leaf design on top of the inner circle of the design. Beneath the word "RAW" is the product descriptor "NATURAL UNREFINED ROLLING PAPERS" in stylized gold font. In the lower right corner of the brand name "RAW" is the word "BLACK" in stylized font in gold color. In the lower left corner of the mark is the phrase "WWW.RAWTHENTIC.COM" in gold color. In the lower right corner of the mark is the number "1400" with the phrase "PER BOX" underneath it, all in the color gold, followed by a crown design and the size designation "KING SIZE" underneath it, also in the color gold. Atop the wording and design elements is a realistic illustration of a twine design in tan color representing two lines crossing the mark vertically and horizontally with a knot where the lines intersect in the center of the mark.
