Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the top view design of a pulse oximeter device. The design consists of a raised top layer, the upper section of which is curved (in the shape of a semi-circle), with straight sides and a squared-off lower section with slightly rounded corners. The raised top layer has a stepped-down edge surrounding it that sits on a lower plane, beneath the top layer. The stepped-down edge appears along the sides and curved upper section around the top layer, and stops just before reaching the bottom end of the squared-off lower section. The top layer of the device includes the following elements: 1) a rectangular area with rounded corners that incorporates a digital display; 2) the digital display has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners and is located inside the rectangular area, positioned to the upper-left; 3) a circular button that is located directly above the rectangular area with rounded corners and beneath the curved upper section of the top layer; 4) a concave area in the lower section of the top layer, below the rectangular area with rounded corners, with the word "PUSH" appearing within the concave area.
