Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a literal element displayed below a design element/image. The literal element is "Powerbärs." "Powerbärs" is written in all capitalized sans serif letters. The letters are each displayed on alternating angles rather than in a straight line, and there is a German umlaut over the letter "A". Above the literal element "Powerbärs" appears the design element, which is an image of the head of a bear. The design element of the bear's head is designed as a silhouette. The bear's head is generally round, with hair visible on each side, two small ears on the top, and two eyes which connect toward the bottom to also create the appearance of a small nose, whiskers, a small mouth and chin.
