The mark consists of a circular design, the center of which contains a realistic depiction of a one-room schoolhouse in green and white, surrounded by green trees, with a depiction in green and white of a flag resembling the U.S. flag flying from the bell tower; below the schoolhouse is the wording "EST. 1998" in green appearing between green dash lines on either side of the wording. A green circular border surrounds the center design and wording. Outside the green inner border is a wide white border with the green wording "P.M.
