Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a cheeseburger as a character wearing sunglasses, smirking, and holding a white drink cup. The sunglasses are black with two diagonal white stripes on each lens. The cup is white with grey straw and grey rim on lid. The hand holding the cup has a red glove. Between the cheeseburger's buns are red, green, yellow, dark red, and more yellow representing the standard elements of a cheeseburger, in particular, tomato, lettuce, and cheese. Yellow is spilling over the bottom of the bun. The cheeseburger has a white mouth that is outlined in black. The bun is in tan, and there are small black curved lines on the bun. The black wording, "plant based burger & juice joint," forms a semi-circle wrapping around the top of the burger character with the company's name, "Plant-a-Fide" underneath the character in red and outlined in black with red plant leaves substituting the hyphens. A black shadow portion appears at the bottom of the burger.
