The mark consists of an outline of the state of Texas in black. Mostly within the outline of Texas is a green jalapeño cartoon character wearing a tan cowboy hat that is black underneath and a red bandana around its neck. The cartoon character has white eyes, white teeth, white hands, a green body, and green arms, and is holding a red chili with green stems in each hand. Also inside the outline of the state of Texas are the words "PICKLED JALAPEÑO SLICES" with "PICKLED" and "SLICES" being in a white font and "JALAPEÑO" being in green font and outlined in black. Above the outline of Texas are the words "PISTOL PETE'S" in white font and within a red background. The outline of the state of Texas is filled with a partial depiction of the Texas state flag, with a star, blue left side, white upper right-hand side, and red lower right-hand side.
