The mark consists of a billfish with its body forming a generally U-shape with the tail of the billfish at the left end of the U-shape and the head and bill of the billfish at the right end of the U-shape; the mouth of the billfish is holding a flagpole of a Jolly Roger flag; the flagpole extends diagonally up and to the left; the Jolly Roger flag consists of a skull over crossed bones; the Jolly Roger flag extends to the left from the flagpole and is generally centered above the body of the billfish; the word "Pirate's" over the word "Cove" over the word "Billfish" in the same font are located at the lower left of the billfish body under the tail of the billfish; the words "Pirate's" and "Cove" are generally left-justified with the left end of the billfish tail; the word "Billfish" is offset to the right from the words "Pirate's" and "Cove"; the word "TOURNAMENT" is located under the word "Billfish" in a smaller font and farther offset to the right such that the word "TOURNAMENT" is generally right-justified with the right end of the billfish head and bill; the top crossbar of the initial letter "T" of "TOURNAMENT" extends to the left to underline the beginning portion of the word "Billfish" not already located over the word "TOURNAMENT".
