The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the packaging for the goods. The configuration is comprised of a cylindrical container in a solid color. It is decorated with three stripes in contrasting colors at the top, from them a ribbon descends. Across the center section of the ribbon is the wording "PICARD CHOCOLATES" inside a stylized square shape. At the end of the ribbon is the denomination "CREMA IRLANDESA" framed with one line above and one below.
