The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of features and the wording and numbering "PH 6200" contained in a press for pressing ceramic powders. Solid lines show the features claimed as a mark, and dotted lines show the position of the mark on the goods. The features claimed as the mark include a rectangular lower portion and an arched upper portion which are mutually connected by two substantially rectangular side portions. Each side portion has an outer curved profile matching with the outer curved profile of the upper arched portion. The side portions and the arched upper portion externally show a series of transverse ribs distanced apart from one another. An elliptical surface emerges from a front zone of the upper arched portion featuring the wording and numbering "PH6200". Four substantially triangular protuberances emerges from the front zone of the upper arched portion. A pair of said protuberances are arranged on the left side of the elliptical surfaces and another pair of said protuberances are arranged on the right side of the elliptical surface. Each of the protuberances has a hole through the center. The rectangular lower portion, the upper arched portion and the side portions define a hollow space within which a cylindrical body is arranged. The cylindrical body being connected to the upper arched portion.
