The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of features and the wording and numbering "PH 3020" contained in a press for pressing ceramic powders Solid lines show the features claimed as a mark, and dotted lines show the position of the mark on the goods. The features claimed as the mark include a rectangular lower portion and a rectangular upper portion which are mutually connected by four cylindrical columns. The rectangular lower portion has a central cavity. The central cavity has a eight-sided shape, with the three lower sides of the eight-sided shape creating a curved profile. The rectangular upper portion has on its face the wording and numbering "PH 3020" and has a bulged central protuberance and thinner side portions, with the thinner side portions connected to the columns. Within the bulged central protuberance, there is a cylindrical body. Two rectangular and vertical elements are parallelly placed in front of the columns from the lower portion to the upper portion. On the top of the central bulged protuberance of the rectangular upper portion, a substantially cubical element projects upwards, with two small cylinders placed on each side. The rectangular lower portion, the rectangular upper portion and the columns defining a hollow space within a rectangular body. Under the cylindrical body, a rectangular element is joined.
