Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the placement of words, letters, and colors on a gas station, as follows: a sign canopy featuring the colors yellow, white, green, and blue in a curved line design with yellow on the left and top, a white curve beginning after the wording and continuing on a straight line to the right with green and blue stripes below the white with the word "PETROBRAS" written in blue letters on the yellow portion. Below this are two rectangular signs formed by a green half to the left and a blue half to the right about halfway down the support columns. Underneath are signs on two gas pumps that feature stripes in the colors yellow at the top, white in the middle, green below the white, and blue at the bottom. Behind this are two rectangular blue bars appearing on a building, one placed over a garage door and the other placed over a window. To the right of the mark is a sign post featuring a rectangle near the top of the mark outlined in white with stripes in the colors yellow at the top, white in the middle, and green at the bottom of the rectangle with the letters "BR" written in white letters over the green portion of that rectangle. Underneath the rectangle is the wording "PETROBRAS" written in blue letters, and underneath the word "PETROBRAS" are three horizontal rectangular blue bars of equal length and width. Below this to the left is a green, rectangular sign featuring a white arrow pointing left to another green sign used to display gasoline prices. The dotted lines are intended to show the position of the mark and are not claimed as part of the mark. The color grey is not claimed as a part of the mark but is instead used to represent a background area, specifically for the purpose of allowing the white border around the rectangle to be seen.
