Description of Design Search

The mark consists of stylized bordered-lettering against a shaded background, where the name "Penny" occupies a large space in the design, and is placed center-left. The remaining words "and the magic puffballs" are below the word "Penny", are of smaller font than the word "Penny", and cross the "y" in "Penny", where the first three words are before the "y" and the last word is after the "y". Further the design comprises a cartoon of an African America girl substantially positioned to the right of the word "Penny", such that her body length puts her head above the capital "P" and her feet are below the "y" in "Penny", where her hair is stylized to contain two symmetric balls on the sides of her head. She is wearing bib-overall shorts, where the pocket of the right leg slightly crosses the top of the "y" in the word "Penny", and the back of her wrists rest upon her hips, a golf shirt, striped socks, where her legs cross substantially the "puff" in the word "puffballs" and a pair of sneakers, where her feet are arranged to give the illusion that her left foot is perpendicular to her right foot at the heel in a front on view.
