The mark consists of A stylized compass design superimposed on a design of three concentric circles. The compass design itself consists of a larger, symmetric four pointed "star" oriented with the points toward the "north," "east," "south" and "west," superimposed upon a smaller, symmetric four pointed star with the points toward the "northeast," "southeast," "southwest" and "northwest." The arms of the smaller "star" are approximately one-half the length of the arms of the larger "star." Each of the "stars" is bisected twice by lines connecting the opposite points of the "star." The lines bisecting the smaller "star" continue across the larger "star" even though the larger "star" is superimposed on the smaller "star." As a result, each of the "stars" is divided into eight segments. Each of the stars is also outlined by a line similar to the lines bisecting the "stars." The smaller "star" is circumscribed by the middle of the three concentric circles, meaning that the diameter of the middle circle is equal to the distance between the opposite tips of the smaller "star." The smallest of the three concentric circles is blue in the areas not covered by the "stars." The middle of the three concentric circles is white in the areas not covered by the "stars" and the smallest of the circles. The portion of the largest circle not covered by the "stars" and the smaller circles is divided into eight segments by the arms of the larger "star" and by lines extending out from the ends of the arms of the smaller "star." The "north-northeast" segment of the largest circle is white, and the segments alternate blue and white around the portion of the largest circle not covered by the larger star and the smaller circles. The segments of the larger star alternate white and blue, with the segment immediately right of the bisecting line that points "north" being white. The segments of the smaller star also alternate white and blue, with the segment immediately to the right of the bisecting line that runs "northeast" being white. The lines forming the circles and the lines outlining and bisecting the "stars" are white/gray to gold, with lighter and darker shades to indicate shading. The words "Peer Partners" are written horizontally, with the first three letters of the word "peer" being located to the left of the compass design, the "r" in "peer" being superimposed on the left side of the compass design, the "p" in partners superimposed on the right side of the compass design, and the last seven letters of the word "partners" being located to the right of the compass design.
