The mark consists of the stylized words "PATRIOT RIDE" in white capital letters outlined in black, followed by a red border, followed by a black border appearing above a design comprised of a stylized eagle's head in front of stylized wings; the eagle's head appears in white with gray and black shading of the feathers, the eagle's eyes appear in yellow, black and gray, and the eagle's beak appears in yellow, white, black and gray; the stylized wings appear with a black outer border, followed by a white inner border, followed by horizontal segments that are outlined in black; the interior of the horizontal segments are colored red, white and blue with white and blue stars on the left segments in a pattern resembling a United States flag; beneath the eagle's head appears the stylized words "DENNIS KIRK" in black letters outlined in white followed by a black border, followed by a red border, followed by a black border, followed by another white border, all of which is contained within a polygon-shaped character that is outlined in black; a blue tail-like design outlined in white followed by a black border appears underneath the words "DENNIS KIRK"; the other white appearing in the mark is intended solely as background and/or transparent area and is not a claimed feature of the mark.
