Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the following:a white circle outlined in black and red, with the wording "OSTIONERIA EL MARISQUERO" written inside in red all capital letter font. The word "OSTIONERIA" is downward curved at the top of the circle and the word "MARISQUERO" is upward curved at the bottom of the circle. The word "EL" is located on the left side of the circle. Located at the center of the circle is a cartoon drawing of a red lobster with black outlining, orange tongue, black mouth, white teeth, black nose, white eyes with black pupils, and black eyebrows, carrying a gray tray with black outlining and wearing a white chef's hat with black outlining in one claw, and white towel with black outlining in the other. The lobster is in front of a background containing green palm trees, green flying birds, and green, orange, and blue spirals and abstract shapes. Beneath all of the foregoing is the word "SEAFOOD" written in white all capital letters inside of a red banner with white circles on each end. A thin red line extends downward through the mark from the "Q" to below the red banner shape.
