The mark consists of a stylized representation of the sun in four segments where, when looking at each segment in progression from left to right, the first segment is a filled in arc shape in goldenrod, the second segment is a rectangular shape in goldenrod with curved lateral edges and cantilevered protrusions on the leftmost side. The third wedge is a grey, rectangular shape with curved edges and a cantilevered protrusion on the leftmost side's northwest corner. The fourth wedge is a grey, filled in arc shape with a curved southern side and a cantilevered protrusion on the leftmost sides northwest corner. These wedges are used to represent the sun and sit atop a blue, three dimensional low height box with a base.
