Description of Design Search

The mark consists of stylized text alongside the image of a globe. The word "One" is placed above the word "Acoustic", which word is placed above the word "World", all of which are positioned to the right of the image of the globe. The words are superimposed on top of six streaking lines which mimic the strings of a guitar. The globe is encircled by a brown colored circle, on the top of which are three brown shapes which are designed to mimic the tuning knobs of a guitar facing upward, and on the bottom of which are three brown shapes which are designed to mimic the tuning knobs of a guitar facing downward. The words "One Acoustic World" appear in the color brown, and the lines on which the words are superimposed on top of appear in the color marigold. The globe contains shapes of land which mimic the shapes of North America and South America surrounded by oceans, and the globe also contains an outline of the shape of a heart positioned to the right of the land. The land and heart on the globe are colored marigold, while the water on the globe is colored navy blue. The circle around the globe, and the tuning-knob shapes are colored brown.
