The lower edge of the arch is a narrower, smaller arch in yellow color representing the sun. At the base of the greenish blue arch are five wavy horizontal stripes whose colors are alternately greenish blue and white. The area between the stripes and the lower edge of the yellow arch is the moon in shades of white and shades of gray, creating gradations of light with the center being the brightest.
