The mark consists of the words "NORTH STAR" in blue block letters above the words "K9 TRAINING" in green block letters, all to the right of a badge formed by a circular outline with eight triangular compass points, wherein the east, west and south points are half white and half blue, and wherein the north point is half red and half blue, and within the circular outline is a blue background with a white profile image of a dog in the foreground, wherein the dog is looking upward at a white eight-point star, and behind the dog are light green and dark green mountains set against the blue background, and a forest of blue trees set against the background of the mountains.
