The mark consists of an oval carrier with a curved banner along the bottom of the oval, where the wording "NOOR AL-JABAL" appears in all large capital letters formed by negative space and outlined in dark blue curved along the top one-third of the oval, and the bottom two-thirds of the oval consists of a green mountain range with three snow-capped peaks formed by negative space and large Arabic characters which transliterate to "NOOR AL-JABAL" formed by negative space at the bottom of the green mountains, and the background space above the mountains forms a gradient from light blue near the mountain peaks to dark blue at the edge of the oval.
