The mark consists of boat in the colors brown and tan and outlined in black with a white curved line on the left hand side of the boat.  A black circle appears on the top portion of the boat with a tan outline.  The boat appears on top of a blue water element.  The boat is holding a black and white panda, with black ears, a white face, black and white eyes, and a black nose and mouth, all outlined in black. An elephant appears to the right of the panda with a light blue head, gray ears, a light blue and gray striped trunk, white tusks, and black and white eyes, all outlined in black.  A tiger appears to the right of the elephant, with red and white ears, a red face, a white snout area, a red nose, red eyes with a white outline, a black mouth, all outlined in black.  An owl appears to the right of the tiger.  The owl's head and wings are in the color blue, with black and white eyes, an orange beak and orange feet, with a gray body, all outlined in black.
