The mark consists of the wording "New Jersey Interscholastic Cycling League" inside an oval design outlined in blue. The wording "New Jersey Interscholastic Cycling League" is in black. The word "Interscholastic" appears centered inside the top of the oval. The words "New Jersey" appear centered inside the middle of the oval. The words "Cycling League" appear centered inside the bottom of the oval. There is a blue design of the state of New Jersey centered in the middle of the oval in between the words "New" and Jersey". There is a tire tread design in black that runs the full horizontal length of the oval from left to right directly under the words "New Jersey"and directly above the words "Cycling League". The bottom half of the blue state of New Jersey design appears against the black tire tread design.
